The Employee Benefits Account Manager is responsible for Benefit Administration for our clients and will perform essential functions to the quality and service standards developed by the agency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee benefits administration daily for current and new clients with benefit questions, employment status changes, including enrollments and terminations.
  • Prepare materials needed for client meeting.
  • Maintain documentation, notes and client forms in Epic (agency management system.)
  • Prepare renewal documents for review by Producer.

 

Requirments

Experience as an Employee Benefits Account Management.

Kansas Life Insurance license.

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

Professional phone etiquette.

Problem-Solving Capabilities.

Commitment to excellence, willingness to work hard, and willingness to go the extra mile.
