Dear Friends of Madrigal & Associates,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you about a decision I have made regarding the agency and its future. After 40 years in business, I have decided to sell to Insurance Center Inc. (ICI).

There were many factors that influenced my decision, but ultimately I wanted to do what was best for my clients and my employees. I felt it was important that the buyer I chose be locally owned. I spent a considerable amount of time with ICI’s ownership. I was impressed with their culture, values and service standards. I believe they align very closely with ours. They put their clients and employees first, which has made Madrigal & Associates so successful all of these years.

What does this change mean for you? The entire Madrigal team has joined ICI, so your trusted contacts will not change. As for me, I am looking forward to serving you in the same capacity I always have. It is my promise to continue to provide you with the same level of personal service you are accustomed to.
