ICI Continues Growth Strategy with Acquisition of Z Insurance Group

Insurance Center, Inc. (ICI) has completed its acquisition of Wichita-based insurance agency, Z Insurance Group, LLC. Curtis Zerr, former President of Z Insurance, has joined the ICI Team as a broker in the Wichita office.

“We’re very excited to bring Curtis and his team on board,” said ICI’s president, Ryan Murry. “We’ve been searching for opportunities to grow in Wichita for several years. Curtis brings 20 years of experience and relationships that will greatly benefit our organization.”

With their second Wichita acquisition in less than four months, ICI has added seven new employees to its 3,800 square-foot office in the Wilson Estates Office Park, located just East of Rock Road on 21st Street.

Headquartered in El Dorado, ICI is a locally owned, independent insurance agency with roots dating back to 1885. Licensed in over 35 states, and with additional locations in Derby, Emporia and Garden City, ICI offers property and casualty insurance for personal and commercial clients throughout the Midwest.
